Cancellation, Return & Refund
Cancellation - to ensure slow and conscious purchase, MKOJ doesn't give an option to cancel the order. You can modify the date or address of delivery within 24 hours of placing the order by writing an email to mkojbyneha@gmail.com
Return & Refund - Return of product will be accepted only if the product is damaged - for this an uncut unboxing video will be required to claim refund.
If the client still wish to return the product even if it is not damaged, it will be done against store credit. The client can redeem it within aa year. Please note that the expense for shipping the product back will be on the client and store credit will be applicable once the product has been received in proper condition. Any damage, will be adjusted against the credit amount.
